Lighter than a skillet and smaller than a griddle, it’s very versatile. Naturally nonstick with open sides, flipping anything in a pan just became easier!

Care: Make flat pan hot, put water in pan and let water get hot, pour salt into water and scrap with a wooden spatula. Take pan off heat, let pan cool, rinse with water and wipe out with cloth. Do not wash with soap.
