How long does it take for my order to ship?

Shipping takes 3-5 business days, but our goal is to always ship sooner! You can find more information on the Shipping Information Page.

Why are certain items not able to be shipped?

There are many, larger items, that are not eligible for shipping due to size and weight. Please look at the description of the item, especially if it is a wall decor item, as each description will say if the item is not able to be shipped. If you purchase an item that can’t be shipped but you need it to be, you will be issued a STORE CREDIT to your account for the refund of the item. 

If I am local, can my items be shipped?

If you are local your items must be picked up during the designated pickup times, shipping is not an option unless the item is a gift and you need it shipped as such. Times will be announced on our Facebook VIP page and if you have an item that needs picked up, you will be tagged in a post (if possible). Make sure to join our VIP Group by clicking here!

When are local pickup times?

Though Local Pickup Times can vary (due to holiday's, vacations, etc.), they are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday of every week at 12:00 pm and 5:15 pm.

Is there a store front I can come and shop from?

At this time, we are an online store offering shopping experiences through our Website and Live Sales (visit Facebook VIP Group page for more info).
